2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"(i) for commanding the respondents, particularly the respondent no. 5, the Circle officer, Kako, District-Jehanabad for making necessary correction in Jamabandi of the petitioners with respect to the plots of land, with details of property, which was allotted to the petitioners by a decree passed in Title Partition Suit No. 230 of 2015 (Annexure -P/1& P/2).

Patna High Court CWJC No.17829 of 2025(2) dt.18-11-2025 2/2 (ii) for any other and further relief/reliefs for which the petitioners are found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. Learned State counsel submits that the respondent no.5, the Circle Officer, Kako, Jehanabad, shall be taking up the case of the petitioner and pass an order in accordance with law.

4. In that background, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching afresh before the Circle Officer, Kako, Jehanabad.

5. If such petition is filed in next four weeks, the Circle Officer, Kako, Jehanabad (respondent no.5) shall be noticing all the parties and after hearing them, is duty bound to take the matter to its logical conclusion at an earliest, preferably by 30.06.2026.

6. The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
