JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-10-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 14.11.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 52570 of 2017 with an observation to conclude the trial within a period of nine months.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that trial has not been concluded as yet and except confessional statement there is nothing against him and though he has been made accused in 11 other cases but he is on bail in those cases except one case and he is in custody since 5.4.2017. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances and also considering the period of custody, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63017 of 2018 (2) dt.10-10-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District and Sessions Judge-IV, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Sessions Case No. 232 of 2017, arising out of Sasaram Town (M) P.S.Case No. 280 of 2017, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be a family member of the petitioner having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and further condition is that petitioner has to co-operate in disposal of trial and appear in court as and when required, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
