2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has stated that he has not received any notice under 7 of the Bihar and Orissa Public Demands Recovery Act, 1914 nor the order dated 10.08.2023 passed by the Certificate Officer, Gopalganj.

Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Certificate Officer to issue notice to the petitioner under Section 7 of the Bihar and Orissa Public Demands Recovery Act, 1914 giving sufficient time to the petitioner to file his objections under Section 9 Bihar and Orissa Public Demands Recovery Act, 1914 after receipt of the objections under Section 9 Bihar and Orissa Public Demands Recovery Act, 1914 from the petitioner. The necessary orders shall be passed by the authority concerned duly taking into consideration the objections submitted by the petitioner, till such time the final orders are not passed, the petitioner shall not be arrest.

4. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
