The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. of the occurrence of theft is against unknown. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Shrawan Kumar.

Submission is that nothing incriminating was recovered from the house or possession of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
