2. Earlier, vide order dated 13.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24444 of 2025, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail was rejected by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Koransarai P.S. Case No. 92 of 2024, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 80(2), 3/5 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

4. The prosecution case, in short, is that the petitioner along with the family members tortured and killed informant's daughter for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is sister-in-law of the deceased and only for that reason she has been made accused in this case. No specific overt act is alleged against the petitioner rather the allegation levelled against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature. It is next submitted that husband of the deceased is in custody. The petitioner is separate in mess and business from the husband of the deceased. The petitioner is in custody since 22.08.2025 and has got no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that other coaccused has been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 31.10.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 75203 of 2025.

6. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and taking into account the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

8. Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing
