The petitioner is accused in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 62 of 2018 registered under Sections 419, 420, 468 and 500 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66A/67 of the I.T. Act, 2000.

The accusation is that informant in course of studying in Graduation at Patna came in touch with the petitioner in the year, 2014 and used to talk and visiting in mall and park and also used to share about the family matters, except the friendship there was no other relation in between the informant and the petitioner. But petitioner by taking her photographs and making fake I.D. in her name loading photo and videos in the Facebook and also used to make demand cash

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62411 of 2018(2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 of Rs.10,00,000/- from the informant. When she narrated the incident to her father then petitioner also used to demand cash from her parents giving threatening to load her photographs in the Facebook.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that admittedly, petitioner was in touch with the informant during course of studying in Graduation and also performed the marriage at Hanuman Temple, Patna, but later on, on pressure of her family members the present case has been lodged with false allegation. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 10.04.2018 and charge sheet has already been submitted against the petitioner. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-IV, Munger, in connection with Kharagpur P.S.
