2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)a/(1a) (1b)/26/35 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., the allegation against the petitioner is that he and other co-accused persons are manufacturing illegal arms and from the place of occurrence, materials used for manufacturing of the same has been recovered alongwith some cartridges.
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been made accused merely because he happens to be owner of the house. He was no way involved in manufacturing of illegal arms nor anything was recovered from his possession.

As a matter of fact, one Santosh Kumar, a co-villager, requested him to give his vacant house, situated at Begusarai, on rent for running the motor garage and petitioner believed upon him and gave his house on rent. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 500 of 2023 (G.R. Case No. 3220 of 2023), subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
