Petitioner seeks bail in Jhajha P.S. Case No.33 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302, 201/34 Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that cousin of the informant was called by Sanjeet Barnwal, but he did not return back. Later on, his dead body was found.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that name of this petitioner has come during investigation in the confessional statement of Shivjee Yadav @ Shivu, who has already been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 21.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.27583 of 2018 (Anneuxre-2).
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63441 of 2018 (2) dt.12-10-2018 2/2 Petitioner is in custody since 04.06.2018.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No.33 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
