Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amjarpur (Fullidumar) P.S. Case No. 580 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3 of the Bihar Protection of Interest of Depositors Act, 2002.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on the basis of suspicion. As a matter of fact, pettiioner and his family members have also been cheated in the process. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused person has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 30.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1394 of 2018 as contained in Annexure-7. Petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61078 of 2018(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 25.07.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur (Fullidumar) P.S. Case No. 580 of 2017.
