Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ghorasahan (Jitna) P.S. Case No. 31 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354B, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

In the nature of allegation as alleged in the FIR, the court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners as it has been alleged against the petitioners that they assaulted the injured with knife on vital part of the body, which also stands recorded in the order impugned.

Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
