The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 269 of 2018, registered under Sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

The accusation is of recovery of 500 gram Ganja from the grocery shop of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 17.08.2018.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case and quantity of the Ganja, which is said to be recovered from the possession of the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond
