Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through virtual mode The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 61 of 2022 lodged under Sections 420, 406, 379, 504, 506 and 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution, the F.I.R. has been lodged against four named accused persons including the petitioner. From content of the F.I.R., it transpires that the petitioner and informant were living in good relation from 2009 to 2019, subsequently the situation changed and grievances of the informant has increased against the petitioner and it is due to this reason, the present case has been filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from

No.896 of 2023(2) dt.25-03-2023 2/2 the content of the F.I.R., it transpires that it is a family dispute because for complete 10 years, they are in very good relation with each other. Counsel further submits that charge sheet has already been filed as well as charge has been framed in this case. He specifically submits that the antecedent of the petitioner is clean and he is in custody since 19.08.2022. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.Ist., Patna in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 61 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.. With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
