The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking direction in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents to accept land revenue from the petitioner and the same should be deposited in government treasury for the Land bearing Old Khata No.157 & New Khata No.271, C.S.P. No.695 & R.S.P. No.989, area 1 acre 4 decimal, situated at Village Gorasara, P.S. Ramgadh, Thana No.215, District Kaimur at Bhabua and also to issue rent receipt to the petitioner for the same, as till 1970 the respondents were accepting the revenue for the land in question and after 1970 without any reason the

Patna High Court CWJC No.18589 of 2024(2) dt.09-12-2024 2/2 respondents are not allowing the petitioner to deposit revenue of the land in question without any just and proper cause.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the competent authority for redressal of his grievances.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that there is inordinate delay in filing the present writ petition, however, he has no objection if the petitioner may file representation before the competent authority.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner, as prayed for.
