Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 108 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on suspicion. The alleged occurrence is said to have been committed inside the house of the informant, but none of his family members have come out to support the prosecution case as an eye witness. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 09.10.2017 and 03.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44324 of 2017 and 30255 of 2018 respectively. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 108 of 2017.
