JUSTICE HARISH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 31-07-2025 At the outset, learned Senior Advocate, Mr. M. N. Parbat submits that the claim of the petitioner is based on parity as that of Krishna Bharti, who has approached this Court in CWJC No. 4953 of 2014 and the Court having taken note of order of this Court dated 27.04.2015 passed in CWJC No. 10653 of 2008 and further the decision of the learned Division Bench in LPA No. 2082 of 2015, disposed off the writ petition

Patna High Court CWJC No.18793 of 2024 dt.31-07-2025 2/2 with liberty to approach the authorities concerned, by making it clear that the order dated 25.04.2013 bearing Memo No. 1375 issued by the District Magistrate shall not stand in the way of consideration of the petitioner's claim.

2. Learned Advocates for the respondents are present.

3. Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner and taking note of the fact that the entire case of the petitioner is based on parity, the present writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach before the respondent No. 3 by filing a detailed representation.

4. In case such a representation is filed, preferably within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed off by a reasoned and speaking order, preferably within a further period of 12 weeks.

5. It is made clear that if the claim of the petitioner finds identical to that of Krishna Bharti vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. (CWJC No. 4953 of 2014), similar relief shall be accorded to him.
