The petitioner seeks bail in Baisi P.S. Case No.C-1328 of 2018(Special Excise Case No.328 of 2018) registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition of Excise Act, 2016. 19.5 liters foreign liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that, the petitioner is in jail since 25.08.2018.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.2,000/-(Two thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Excise, 2nd Additional
