Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 768 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioner have been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of these petitioners. The alleged recovery has been made from coaccused Radhey Shyam Shah as is evident from the seizure list. Petitioners have no concern with the seized article. Petitioners

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge VII-cum-Special Judge, Excise II, Madhepura in connection with Excise Case No. 768 of 2021/ Excise P.S.
