2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Madhepura (Bharrahi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 447 of 2023 dated 05.05.2023, lodged under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354(B), 379, 427, 504, 506 and 34 of the I.P.C. and later on Section 302 of the I.P.C. has been added.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was assaulted by the accused persons on 03.05.2023 and the deceased died of head injury on 16.05.2023 during treatment in IGIMS. The petitioner is the assailant of the deceased, who has given the fatal blow.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there was the involvement of petitioner in the alleged crime.
