JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Majhaulia P. S. Case No. 276 of 2019 disclosing offences under Sections 489 (A) (B) (C) , 420, 414/34 of IPC.
Recovery of fake currency of four bundle of Rs.50/- from one co-accused, who disclosed the name of the petitioner, who is the person who succeeded in fleeing away. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confessional statement of the co-accused, nothing has come against the petitioner, though the charge sheet has been submitted against the co-accused. Even in the investigation nothing has been transpired against the petitioner. He is ready to co-operate in the investigation.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah, in connection with Majhaulia P. S. Case No. 276 of 2019 with condition that within ten days of his release, he has to appear before the I.O. and co-operate in the investigation, otherwise, his bail bonds shall be cancelled.
