The grievance of the petitioner is that though there is availability of the land for constructing the Panchayat Bhawan in the village Headquarter of Jamrodh, Dinara Block, Rohtas but ignoring the circular Panchayat Bhawan has been proposed to be constructed in the place which is not in the Panchayat Headquarter.

3. In that view of the matter, the petitioner may file

Patna High Court CWJC No.17244 of 2024(2) dt.14-11-2024 2/2 his representation to the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Rohtas (respondent no.3) who shall decide it in accordance with law within a period of two months.

4. With this observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
