The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 154 of 2019 registered under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of offence as well as the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 07.06.2019, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-2nd , Danapur, Patna in connection with Rupaspur. P.S. Case No. 154 of 2019.
