The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Basopatti Case No. 193 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 419, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offense. In fact, the co-accused having more or less similar allegation has already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 69099 of 2019 and the case of this petitioner stands on similar footing. Hence, the petitioner may be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73629 of 2019(3) dt.04-02-2020 2/2 granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-Vth, Madhubani in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No. 193 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
