2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that the substantial amount of pensionary benefit has been paid to the petitioner and the authority slip has also been issued and communicated by the Account General (Bihar) to the Treasury Officer, Muzaffarpur.

3. The Treasury Officer, Muzaffarpur is directed to forthwith credit the entire amount into the bank account of the petitioner without fail.

4. If the petitioner finds that the Treasury Officer is raising personal reasons for not crediting the amount, in that case

Patna High Court CWJC No.825 of 2023 dt.18-09-2023 2/2 the petitioner may take appropriate legal action against the Treasury Officer, Muzaffarpur and he is also required to communicate about the mala fide functioning of the Treasury Officer, Muzaffarpur to the Additional Chief Secretary, Finance Department, Government of Bihar.

5. So far as financial upgradation on account of Time Bound Promotion and grant of ACP/MACP is concerned, the petitioner may file a detail representation before the sanctioning authority, who will pass a reasoned order on the basis of service record of the petitioner. In case the petitioner is entitled, a fresh sanction letter is required to be issued with regard to revision of pension and other retiral dues to the petitioner.

6. The representation of the petitioner is directed to be disposed of within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of the representation.

7. With the above observation/direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
