Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 352 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner and the alleged recovery shown from this petitioner is planted one. Petitioner is in custody since 07.09.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

No.61216 of 2018(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge II, Jamui in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 352 of 2018.
