This application has been filed by the petitioner for modification of the order dated 09.05.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.27616/18, whereby petitioners were granted anticipatory bail with a condition to surrender within four weeks from the date of the order. However, it is submitted that the petitioners, due to reason mentioned in this application, could not surrender within the aforesaid period and, thus, the petitioners seek extension of the time for the surrender.
