The informant named the petitioner along with other accused persons but the gist of allegation is that petitioner is alleged to have assaulted Rajnish with butt of gun on his head. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no injury on the head of Rajnish Kumar was found. There is counter version of occurrence being Narhat P.S. case No. 99 of 2018.
