JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 29-01-2020 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 29.3.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 6106 of 2019 by which petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on surrender within a period of six weeks on condition of payment of Rs.25,000/- per month to opposite party No.2 till any maintenance case is filed by her and decided by a competent court of jurisdiction.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that till date no maintenance case has been filed by opposite party No.2 and petitioner is only getting Rs.27,000/- as salary per month, as such it is not possible for him to pay the above

Having heard both sides it appears that on hearing of both the parties the order has been passed, as such, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order passed by this Court. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
