The petitioner seeks bail in Excise P.S. case No. 186 of 2018 registered under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that 177 liter of Royal Stag liquor was recovered behind the house of the petitioner but the petitioner had no knowledge who had kept the wine behind the house of petitioner. The petitioner was arrested and he is in jail since 23.08.2018.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail
