The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 304(B)/302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death.

Petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. Thrust of the allegation is against husband of the deceased, who has already been acquitted by the learned Court below in Sessions Trial No. 1179 of 2022, arising out of Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 108 of 2022. In support of the same, learned counsel for the petitioners produced copy of certified copy of order in the Court. Let it be kept on record. It is further submitted that petitioners are separate in mess & property and have got no concern with the family affairs of deceased and her

Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 108 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
