The petitioners have filed the present application for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with Chand P.S. Case No. 101 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the gravity of the offence, the allegation made in the FIR that the petitioners and others killed the daughter of the informant in her matrimonial home, the postmortem examination report, which corroborates the initial version of the informant and other materials collected in course
