Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 385, 387, 504, 506 and 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the informant received a call from mobile number 7070698054, who asked for extortion money and threatened to kill him and his elder brother Babul Kumar. It is submitted that petitioners are step brother of informant and there is dispute between the parties over ancestral properties. Due to this dispute, they have been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioners have got no concerned with

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Patna in connection with Malsalami P.S. Case No. 335 of 2021., subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
