2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 295 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 366A, 406, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have abducted the victim girl.

4. The victim girl in her statement made under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has said that she has eloped with the petitioner of her own and married her and she wants to stay with the petitioner.

5. The petitioner is in jail since 14.07.2023.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge (POCSO Act), Darbhanga in connection with Bahera P.S.
