Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 523 of 2017 for the offence under sections 363, 366(A), 372, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the statement of the victim under section 164 of the Cr.P.C. where the victim has not named the petitioners in commission of any crime and also considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedents, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62876 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 523 of 2017, G.R. No. 4647/2017 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
