The petitioner seeks bail in Parbatta Police Station Case No. 286 of 2018 (G.R. No. 2150 of 2018), registered for the offence punishable under Section 381 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged in the first information report that the informant's servant fled away with the informant's motor cycle and took away his mobile phone and certain cash and jewelries. So far this petitioner is concerned, the allegation is that he had introduced the co-accused, Lakshman Baitha, to work as servant in the house of the informant.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that over and above this allegation, there is absolutely
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62047 of 2018(2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 no material against this petitioner for his implication in this case.
Considering the above submissions, this application is allowed.
Let the petitioner, Minaj Baitha, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Khagaria in Parbatta Police Station Case No. 286 of 2018 (G.R. No. 2150 of 2018).
