JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/34, 341,323,307,379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are parents of the husband.

Marriage was solemnized 15 years back. Allegation is of demand of dowry and torture for the same.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the
