The present petition has been filed for grant of regular bail on behalf of the petitioners in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No. 138 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 498(A),34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The allegation in the present case is regarding torture of the informant by her husband and his family members. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are cousin father-in-law and mother-in-law of the informant lady and they have nothing to do as far as the

It is further submitted that the petitioners are languishing in custody since 14.09.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the present case, this Court deems it fit and proper to grant regular bail to the petitioners, above named, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Bihra P.S.
