The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 132 of 2014 of 2019 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering that the petitioner is a convict in a case under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and he is alleged to have conspired together with other accused persons from inside jail pursuant to which the grand father of the informant was killed, I am not inclined to grant him bail. The application is rejected.
