The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to pay the current as well as arrears of City Transport Allowance to the petitioners who are posted and working in the different schools situated in the urban area of Patna and for which they are legally entitled to in terms of the Rule as well as Resolution of the Finance Department.

Considering the reliefs sought by the petitioners, petitioners are directed to file a detailed representation along with a copy of this order and other supporting documents, before the respondent no.4 within a period of four weeks and the respondent no.4 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioners

4/4 and dispose of the representation of the petitioners after affording an opportunity of personal hearing or through their counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law and in light of the order passed in CWJC No.12986 of 2009 dated 04.01.2010, within four weeks from the date of filing of such representation by the petitioners.

It is made clear that respondent no.4 shall be personally held responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

With the aforesaid directions, this writ application stands disposed of.
