The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madhwapur P.S. Case No. 07 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 328, 304(B)/34 of Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-VI, Madhubani.

It is informed on behalf of the informant that almost all the witnesses have been examined in this case. It also appears from the report submitted by Addl. Sessions Judge-VII, Madhubani, the trial has proceeded considerably. Considering the stage of the trial, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, at this stage. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner is rejected. It is expected of the Court below to conclude the
