ii) Petitioner selection as Anganbari Sevika at Anganbari Centre no.72 Ward No. 8 Gram Panchayat Gobindpur 01, village Temuhan, Block Mansoor Chak, DistrictBegusarai may be restored and if the respondent no.6 i.e. Smt.

Parvati Kumari selected after the order impugned, may be cancelled with immediate effect.

iii) And further be pleased to stay the operation of order impugned till the disposal of this petition."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the Ld. Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is
