Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Ramkrishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 112 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against petitioner is recovery of one loaded country made pistol from the possession of the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case and nothing was recovered from his possession. There is no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 30.03.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of
