Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nasirganj P.S. Case No.385 of 2023 dated 18.12.2023, registered for the offence punishable u/s 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018, pending in the Court of Learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise Court No.2cum-A.D.J., Rohtas at Sasaram. 3.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81568 of 2024(3) dt.31-01-2025 2/2 regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law, without being prejudiced of the withdrawal of this application considering the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent.
