2. Lastly, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 15.03.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 57970 of 2022.

3. The trial court report reveals that the case is pending at the stage of prosecution evidence and till date, out of six charge-sheeted witnesses, not a single witness has been examined. Petitioner is in custody since 05.02.2021.

4. Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, the prayer for bail of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
