Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 259 of 2018 for the offence under sections 323, 324, 379, 307, 506, 147 and 148 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are ladies. They have no criminal antecedent and in the instant case there is no allegation of any assault attributed to the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62743 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 259 of 2018 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) Ravi/- U T
