Petitioner is accused in connection with Special Case No. 1046 of 2019 arising out of Jokihat P.S. Case No. 308 of 2019 registered under Sections 272, 273, 34 of the I.P.C. and section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to oblique reason. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 22.09.2019. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
