JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-11-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 110 of 2014, registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 379, 307, 436, 387, 504, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, Section 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act and Section 17 of CLA Act.

Allegation against the petitioner and others is of assaulting the JCB driver.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that large number of persons have been made accused in this case and no specific allegation has been attributed to the petitioner and he has been in judicial custody since 23.04.2018. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.66784 of 2018(2) dt.26-11-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 6th A.D.J., Saran at Chapra, in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 110 of 2014, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
