The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 10 litres of country made liquor from the possession of the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application and he is languishing in judicial custody since 20.09.2019. He further submits that the petitioner has agreed to deposit Rs. 5,000/- in the Patna High Court, Legal Services Committee, Patna.
