2. The following prayer has been made by the petitioner:- "a. For construction of Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan at Mauza Mehus Survey Thana No. 308, Khata No. 1124, Khesra No. 2266, Area 55 decimal which has already approved by Competent Authority after exhausting all the procedure of Law & Rule.

b. For stop the construction at Khata No. 911, Khesra No. 6833, 3547 Gaimajarua Khalihan Area 51 decimal which has earlier rejected by the authority due to under radius of Water Reservoir and used as Khalihan by the villagers."

3. The petitioner can approach the government for
