2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 379, 308, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, while the informant was going to coaching on bicycle, in the meantime, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, armed with iron rod and khanti, assaulted the informant. Co-accused Shashi Bhushan Prasad is alleged to have assaulted on head of the informant by means of iron rod. It is further alleged that when mother of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85361 of 2023(9) dt.05-07-2024 2/3 informant came to rescue hi, co-accused Santosh Kumar gave a khanti blow on her head and snatched a gold chain and cash worth Rs. 3,200/-.

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that from bare perusal of the F.I.R. it is apparent that specific accusation of assault is against co-accused Shashi Bhushan Prasad and Santosh Kumar. So far as this petitioner is concerned, she is only alleged to have taken away looted articles. There is no allegation of assault against this petitioner. Petitioner is a lady.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and nature of accusation, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is allowed.
7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Hilsa, in connection with
