Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Karhagar (Barahari O.P.) P.S. Case No.132 of 2021 dated 12.06.2021, registered for the offence punishable u/s 379 of IPC, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M, Rohtas at Sasaram.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80560 of 2024(2) dt.17-01-2025 2/2 learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law, without being prejudiced of the withdrawal of this application.
